YESTERDAY!  A number of concerned Californians formed CfSCFI,Inc. vowing not to let another
day go by without attempting to right the ever-increasing burdensome ship of the state.  It is time to revitalize the "California dream" and our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Rational Californians must declare that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Activities by the Board, CEO and volunteers continue to ramp up.  Recent speaking engagements have been very successful with a great amount of interest and acceptance.  Folks are very excited and really want to get going on the ballot petition drive. The Board of Directors realize that fund raising activities need to continue to build the war chest that will be needed for the ballot campaign. Regional leaders, team captains and volunteers continue to be identified.  The
Tea Party movement continues to build momentum throughout the country.  These public events are a great opportunity to get educational materials,voice your concerns of the current state of the nation and state and build coalitions with other 'true Americans'.

This undertaking is very viable.  There are 16+ million population in the 12 counties
LA to Marin excluding some portions, and 22+ million population in the remaining 46.  We need to let the 22+ know their voice and vote can make a difference. 

This project is an energetic process and requires getting citizens up to speed on how we can be successful.  Engage, don't get discouraged, we'll get to the petitions then to the ballot and then to the constitutional convention. 

The 2009 Legislative Session has ended.  Wow another flurry of crazy bills.  Dysfunction is worse than ever. No surprise it seems to be the same in Washington,
D.C.  California's fiscal ineptness is very negatively impacting our local governments
since the state simply wants to take their money and throw more criminals back on
the streets.

Our Board Secretary was able to attend the Wash., D.C. 9-12 Tea Party.  What an
exciting event and the million plus people put the Congress and President on alert
that they are out of touch with main stream Americans.  Let your voice be heard, be
sure to contact your Congressman and hold their feet to the fire.  Promoting fiscal responsibilitysensibility, freedom, guaranteed by the Constitution and private property rights, led to the Split California proposal. Thousands of flyers have been
